On December 10th, U. S. Steel Gary Works and the Midwest Plant hosted a gate collection for Toys for Tots. In addition to collecting hundreds of toys for children in Northwest Indiana, employees donated $9,550.68 for the Marine Corps Reserve’s annual Toys for Tots campaign! 

On Friday, December 20th, a check was presented to Toys for Tots to purchase any additional toys needed to make Christmas special for deserving local children.

A hard hat tip to the many volunteers who helped with the gate collection but are not pictured in the above photos!
